Q: What does temp-to-hire mean?
A: Temp-to-hire means you are working as a Team Tobias Staffing employee at a client site with the possibility of being hired full time by the client after a predetermined number of weeks. If your assignment converts to a full-time hire, you will become an employee of the company where you are working.
